Once the deal is won, the real work begins – delivering. We specialize in taking on complex defence projects and building a team that works.

We can staff all the roles typically needed in an Integrated Project Team (IPT):

  • Project manager, planner, controller

  • Technical project manager and production project manager

  • Project buyers and supply chain specialists

  • ILS Manager (ILSM) and support functions

  • Legal and commercial support

We also have expertise in export control, countertrade (offset), sourcing of subcontractors and integration of subsystems and system solutions.

Through proven project methodology and a well-stocked methodology library, we ensure governance, control and progress – even in the most demanding projects.

Winning business in the defense industry is about more than writing a good bid. It’s about understanding the customer’s requirements, creating the right team and positioning yourself in complex procurement processes.

At Stixon, we have experience with procurement models across Europe and North America. We can help you to:

    • Identifying and engaging the right partners in the country where the deal is to be done.

    • Negotiate and bind partners in consortia and strategic collaborations.

    • Lead capture and bid management with structure, methodology and best practices.

    • Ensure quality in every part of the tender through our methodology library and templates.

With us by your side, you increase the likelihood of winning – and get a partner who knows the whole journey from analysis to tender submission.

We combine the best of established frameworks such as IPMA, PMI and PRINCE2 with experience from both traditional and agile ways of working. In defense projects, we also work according to ISO/IEC 15288, where systems engineering is a natural part of the whole. With us, you get clear roles, efficient decision paths and a project model that is tailored to deliver – regardless of the complexity of the assignment.
